1. INTRODUCTION

In line with its commitment to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services, Kirayago Logistics Private Limited (“Kirayago”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for all driver partners, employees, and associated personnel.

This policy is applicable to all individuals engaged in providing transportation services on behalf of Kirayago (“Driver Partner”, “You”).

2. POLICY OBJECTIVE

The objective of this policy is to:

  • Ensure safety of goods, customers, and public
  • Maintain professional conduct and discipline
  • Prevent illegal, unsafe, or unethical practices

3. ZERO TOLERANCE ACTIVITIES

Kirayago maintains strict zero tolerance towards the following activities, including but not limited to:

A. Legal & Compliance Violations

  • Violation of any applicable laws, including transport and road safety laws
  • Non-compliance with government regulations

B. Breach of Company Policies

  • Violation of Kirayago’s Terms & Conditions or operational guidelines
  • Misconduct while representing Kirayago

C. Fraudulent & Malafide Activities

  • Fake bookings or manipulation of trips
  • Theft, pilferage, or misappropriation of goods
  • Submission of false documents or identity details

D. Damage Due to Negligence

Any damage, loss, or destruction of goods caused due to:

  • Reckless driving
  • Negligence
  • Intentional misconduct

4. ALCOHOL, DRUGS & PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES

During the course of service, at customer locations, or while operating any vehicle under Kirayago:

You are strictly prohibited from:

i. Possession or Use

Consuming or possessing:

  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs
  • Narcotic or psychotropic substances (as per applicable laws)
  • Cigarettes, vapes, hookah, or any nicotine-related products

ii. Being Under Influence

Reporting for duty or performing services while:

  • Under the influence of alcohol
  • Under the influence of drugs or any intoxicating substance

iii. Related Activities

  • Buying, selling, distributing, or carrying prohibited substances

5. SAFETY RATIONALE

Consumption or influence of such substances can:

  • Impair judgment and reaction time
  • Increase risk of accidents
  • Endanger customer goods and public safety

Therefore, zero tolerance is strictly enforced at all times.

6. INSPECTION & VERIFICATION

Kirayago reserves the right to:

  • Conduct checks, inspections, or verification
  • Initiate testing based on reasonable suspicion
  • Investigate complaints or incidents

Such actions will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION

In case of any violation of this policy, Kirayago may take immediate action, including but not limited to:

  • Suspension or permanent removal from service
  • Blocking access to Kirayago platform
  • Termination of association
  • Withholding of payments (where legally permissible)
  • Reporting to law enforcement authorities

The decision of Kirayago in such cases shall be final and binding.

8. DRIVER DECLARATION

By associating with Kirayago, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this policy
  • You agree to strictly comply with all provisions
  • You will not engage in any prohibited activities at any time

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Any breach of this policy may be reported to:

info@kirayago.com

Kirayago encourages prompt reporting to maintain safety and service quality.
